What is the typical lead time for furniture delivery?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For custom upholstery or handcrafted furniture pieces, please allow 8-12 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Home accents and decor can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that custom-made furniture and 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
How can I ensure the fabric color matches my room?
We understand that lighting varies. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our 'Swatch Request' page to test colors and textures in your own space.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We partner with artisans who use FSC-certified timber and reclaimed woods to ensure our environmental footprint remains minimal.
